Being in the fitness industry I have noticed that almost every person I come in contact with could benefit from a yoga workout in some way. Almost all men are not up to par with their flexibility while most women lack lean muscle on their bodies. Yoga takes care of both flexibility and lack of muscle issues.

- Yoga is for everyone. Regardless your age, gender or fitness level you can benefit from a yoga workout.

- Yoga is designed in such a way that it’s the perfect thing to do if you don’t know how to workout at the gym. You have the yoga instructor talking you through it every step of the way. You simply follow their lead the whole time.

- Yoga classes are offered at every gym and are usually no additional cost to you. You can also find many recreational centers of the city offering yoga classes.
What do I wear to yoga?
- Yoga is done barefooted usually so you don’t need to worry about finding shoes for it. You simply need a nice pair of yoga pants and you are set. Men, women and children can all benefit so take the whole family.
What are some good brands of yoga pants?
