<p>Start by sitting with legs straight in front of your.  Exhale while you reach forward with your fingers interlocked.  Inhale and come up with arms extended out to your sides.  Exhale and lean back with arms above your head.</p>
<p>Now open the legs up and inhale while arms are extended and then lean back as you exhale while bringing wrists together and then inhale and interlace your arms above your head, exhale and fall forward all the way.</p>
<p>Now stand up for the hero series.</p>
<p>Feet are 3 to 5 feet apart.  Place hands on the top of your butt and lean back.  Now lean forward and touch the mat or mexican yoga blanket.  Now come up partially until your torso is parallel with the floor.  Twist at the waist and put on hand on the ground and the other pointing to the sky.  Repeat for the other side.</p>
<p>Now go into warrior stance, which is front foot with toes pointing forward and the back foot had the toes pointing to the side.  Bend you front knee with arms over head behind you with fingers interlocked.</p>
<p>Shake that out and then repeat on the other side.</p>
<p>Now go to raised runners stance.  Front leg is bent and your body weight is over that foot while the other leg is straight and goes straight behind you.  Now extend your arms straight in front of you for 5 breaths.  Then reach for the sky for 3 breaths.</p>

<p>Now go to down dog, then jump to standing position, go back down into updog slowly.</p>
